This policy, the scope of which is limited to the above-mentioned website, is an integral part of the corresponding Privacy Policy, to which we refer for further information.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files (letters and/or numbers) that the www.inclusyon.it website saves on your computer or mobile device while you are browsing the site and that contain information to be reused during the same visit to the site or later, even days later.

The companies Pirate Rocket S.r.l. and Inclusyon S.r.l. as Joint Data Controllers may use:

  • cookies in order to make navigation on their sites usable and simple;
  • cookies to improve the service provided to users, making it more effective and/or enabling certain functionalities;
  • cookies that are sent by different sites or web servers (so-called 'third-party' cookies), on which certain elements (such as, for example, images, maps, sounds, specific links to pages of other domains) may reside on the page that the user is visiting.

How do we use cookies?

Pirate Rocket S.r.l. and Inclusyon S.r.l., in their capacity as Joint Data Controllers, use necessary, functional, profiling and social media-related cookies. In particular:
  • technical and assimilable cookies (for which consent is not required), or rather session or navigation cookies that allow access to the services available to each type of user and to customise the interface and functionalities of the site if necessary;
  • functional or customisation cookies, cookies that are used to recognise and remember preferences and allow access to a version of the site that is based on certain predefined criteria such as the language used;
  • profiling cookies, aimed at creating user profiles that are used in order to send advertising messages in line with the preferences expressed by the user when surfing the web;
  • Social Plugin, cookies installed by social buttons (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter, Youtube). When the user uses one of the aforementioned plugins, the Site will contact, through the user's browser, the servers where the recalled social sharing services are managed, informing them of the data that the user intends to publish and share through his social profile. In this regard, the user remains solely responsible for his social account. Following this choice, the servers of the pages that the user has previously visited may share the preference thus expressed. Please note that in order to exclude this possibility, the user must avoid sharing content using the plugin buttons listed above. For further details regarding the use and collection of data through social plugins and to find out how this data is processed (and for what purposes), please refer to the Privacy and Legal Notice issued by the owners of the services in question.

Duration of cookies

Some cookies (session cookies) remain active only until the browser is closed or the logout command is executed. Other cookies 'survive' when the browser is closed and are available on subsequent visits by the user. These cookies are called persistent and their duration is determined by the server when they are created. While browsing the site, it is possible to interact with sites managed by third parties, which may create or modify persistent and profiling cookies. For more details, the user is invited to consult the summary table below.

Cookies management

The user can decide whether or not to accept cookies by using the cookie banner settings. The total or partial disabling of cookies may compromise the use of the Site's functionalities, but not prevent navigation. Further information can be requested by writing to the e-mail address: [email protected]
